Deborah Gregorian is a co-founder and a mediator at Courtroom Alternatives. Mrs. Gregorian has over thirty years of experience of managing and running a successful business with multiple locations. Deborah’s expertise includes, mediation, project management, legal informatics, administrative analysis, and budget analysis. Additionally, she has implemented franchise cultivation, created a customer relationship management program, wrote and implemented a marketing strategy plan, and conducted training’s for insurance agents. She holds a 220 Insurance license. Deborah holds an Associates in Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. Her background in business and law makes her an ideal candidate to help resolve disputes outside of court and she provides a highly qualified perspective on mediation issues. Deborah devotes her time to professional, civic, and community organizations. Deborah enjoys traveling, cooking, biking, and dancing. Deborah and her husband Armen live in West Palm Beach, FL.
Armen Gregorian is a co-founder and lead family mediator at Courtroom Alternatives. Mr. Gregorian has nearly twenty-five years experience in the profit and non-profit organizations specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, organizational design and development, along with strong leadership abilities to examine the root of organizational and personal conflicts and engineer a best possible solution to resolve the conflict while enhancing the stakeholders’ interest. He has traveled extensively throughout continental United States and Europe to facilitate many workshops in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Armen holds a master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Management and he is currently in process of completing a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University. Armen speaks several languages, and enjoys reading, cooking, playing golf and tennis, and traveling. He and his wife Deborah live in West Palm Beach, FL.
